Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We are dedicated to delivering your order in a timely manner while ensuring the highest quality of our products. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, processing times, and special considerations for various types of orders.

1. Standard Shipping & Processing

For all in-stock standard items, our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Typical processing time for standard orders is 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery typically takes between 3-5 business days depending on your location and the carrier service.

Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

2. Custom Orders (Custom Colors & Restyling)

We take pride in offering high-quality customization services to meet your unique style preferences. Because these items are tailored specifically for you, they require additional time and attention to detail.

Processing Time for Custom Orders:

  • Custom Colored Units: Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for processing. Achieving the perfect color tone requires a meticulous coloring and conditioning process to ensure the integrity of the hair is maintained.
  • Restyled Units: Units requiring specific styling adjustments or custom cuts may take an additional 3-5 business days to process.

Note: If your order contains both standard and custom items, your entire order may be held until the custom items are completed to ship in a single package.

3. APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

We proudly support our troops and ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. However, please be aware that shipping times to military addresses can vary significantly due to military handling and routing processes.

While we process these orders with the same speed as domestic shipments, final delivery times generally range from 15 to 30 business days. Unfortunately, tracking updates may be limited once the package is handed over to the military postal service.

4. International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping times vary greatly depending on the destination country, local postal services, and customs clearance procedures.

  • Estimated Delivery: International orders typically arrive within 10-21 business days, though this is an estimate and not a guarantee.
  • Customs & Duties: Please be advised that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country's government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. We have no control over customs delays.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
