However, your satisfaction matters. If you receive the wrong item, or your order arrives
damaged, please email us at akirkrownshairllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product & packaging
- Description of the issue
We’ll work quickly to correct it through a replacement or store credit — no hassle, no stress.
Note:
- Hair must be in its original condition (unworn, unaltered, unwashed)
- Custom units, colored hair, or bundles with removed ties are non-returnable
