Processing Times:
- Standard Orders: 2–4 business days
- Custom Wigs or Bundles: 4–7 business days
- Preorders: 7–14 business days

 

Shipping Rates:
- U.S. Domestic: Flat rate or based on weight (calculated at checkout)
- International Shipping: Flat $20 USD included in pricing for most items
Note: Remote areas or oversized orders may incur additional costs — we’ll contact you
if adjustments are needed.

 

Tracking:
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for carrier
delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
